By booking a session with Kura Hypnotherapy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Disclaimer

Kura Hypnotherapy provides services to support personal wellbeing and development through hypnotherapy techniques. Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Clients should consult their GP or healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Be honest about any medical or psychological conditions.

  • Inform the hypnotherapist of any medications they are taking.

  • Participate in sessions with an open mind and willingness to engage.

Clients must be 18 years or older, or provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Confidentiality

All sessions and communications are confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

4. Booking & Payment

Sessions must be paid for in advance. Payment methods include Bank transfer and Cash.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the full session fee.

  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled unless in exceptional circumstances.

6. Session Results

Hypnotherapy results vary from person to person. Kura Hypnotherapy makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, as success depends on the client’s commitment and individual responsiveness to hypnotherapy.

7. Health & Safety

If you have a history of epilepsy, severe mental health conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, psychosis), or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, hypnotherapy may not be suitable. Please discuss any concerns with the hypnotherapist before your session.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Kura Hypnotherapy reserves the right to refuse service if a client is abusive, under the influence, or deemed unsuitable for treatment.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
